Processing & Shipping
All Green Shed products are handmade with care in our workshop.
Processing time: In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders: Made-to-order pieces require additional time — usually 2–4 weeks, depending on the project.
Shipping carriers: We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on size, weight, and destination.
Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Local pickup: Available by appointment in Nashville and surrounding area, Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule.
Packaging
We take great care to pack each item securely using recyclable and eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Larger items are double-boxed or crated to prevent damage in transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Each Green Shed piece is unique, and we want you to love your purchase.
Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
Exchanges: We can offer an exchange or store credit once the original item is returned.
Custom pieces: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders and commissioned work are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund as needed.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, please reach out — we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.
